This 5-bedroom + twin loft bunk home sleeps up to 13 guests and is packed with premium amenities to elevate your stay. Think luxury bedding, a chef’s kitchen, and professional interior design that blends beachy charm with high-end comfort.

• Important Info for Your Stay
• This home has a firm maximum occupancy of 13 guests. Please respect this limit to comply with insurance and safety policies—any exceptions must be verified and approved via email by the owner.
• Minimum age to rent: 30 years old
• No pets allowed – any violation will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund
• For security, exterior-only surveillance cameras are installed
• No boats, trailers, or RVs permitted
• 3–7 night minimum stay
• Please note: Our home is not equipped with child safety equipment including door latches, baby gates, or high chairs.
• Included in Your Stay:

  • Starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps
  • Beach equipment (chairs, wagon, etc.)
• Check-In/Out Times:
  Check-in: 4:00 PM
  Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Payment, Cancellation & Security Deposit Policy:
   
• • 50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking
• • The remaining 50% is due 30 days before check-in
• • 100% of paid prepayments are refundable if canceled 30 days or more before arrival
• • No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival
  • A $500 security deposit is required at the time of booking and refunded within 10 days after departure, pending inspection
  • Optional travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip investment
